Michael A. Wainwright is a Senior Consultant and Chief Financial Officer of Dynamic Systems Consulting.  Mr. Wainwright currently specializes in providing all types of integrated technology solutions consulting services.  He is designated as a financial application software systems consultant.  He specializes in hardware and software systems selections, Microsoft Business Solutions Great Plains system implementations, strategic systems planning, Great Plains financial applications, operational reviews, and information systems auditing.

Great Plains Systems Implementation:

Mr. Wainwright is certified on Microsoft Business Solutions Small Business Manager, Great Plains Standard and Great Plains Edition software products on Microsoft SQL Server in a Microsoft network environment.  These implementations include all aspects of financial and related applications with clients in manufacturing, distribution, service industries, and not-for-profits.  These projects include hardware, communications, operating system and application software replacement.  Mr. Wainwright’s project management capabilities ensure the organization's specific needs and the complexity of the implementation are properly defined and that hardware and software is properly installed and implemented.

System Selections:

Mr. Wainwright’s experience in system selections span many industries.  To date, he has served clients in the agricultural, manufacturing, information technology, not-for-profit, service and many other industries.  As a consultant, he has assisted in project planning, determined business system requirements, conducted business impact analyses, and software gap analyses. Mr. Wainwright’s experience ensures the organization’s specific needs are properly defined and that hardware and/or software are properly evaluated and selected.

IS Auditing:

Mr. Wainwright has performed EDP work for many Manufacturing, Publication, Security and Banking organizations.  These audits cover operations controls, systems development and documentation controls, hardware and systems controls, access controls, data and procedural controls, physical security, application and processing controls, compliance testing and off-site storage.
